Use of Service
- You must provide accurate account and profile information.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You agree not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
Tournament Participation
- Event registration and participation details may be visible to other users.
- Admins may modify event settings, registrations, and score entries to maintain event operations.
Content and Data
You retain rights to your personal information. By using the platform, you grant us permission to process and display event-related data needed to run tournaments.
Intellectual Property and License
Unless otherwise noted, Driftwood Pickleball source code, site design, and content are proprietary and licensed under /LICENSE. Third-party names, logos, and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
Google Calendar Integration
- Google Calendar sync is optional and available only for users signed in with Google.
- If enabled, Driftwood may create, update, and delete calendar events related to tournament registrations.
- You can disable this feature from your profile at any time.
- If you revoke Google access, calendar sync features may stop working until you re-authorize access.
- You authorize Driftwood to access and use Google Calendar data only to provide these calendar sync features.
Privacy and Google Data
- Your use of Driftwood is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
- How we access, use, store, and delete Google user data is described in the Privacy Policy.
- Driftwood uses Google API data only for user-facing features requested by the user.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Driftwood Pickleball is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.
